We are learning all about Ancient China!

To begin our unit we brainstormed topics relating to Ancient China:

We came up with a lot!



We had a great time creating our traditional Chinese brush paintings. They are on real rice paper and turned out wonderful!

We have now entered the Year of the Rabbit

We celebrated the Chinese New Year on February 3rd with a luncheon with our families.

We also had 3 special guests from 3rd grade come and show us a Chinese fan dance.
