Our Trip to the Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden

Our tour guide gave each of us a piece of cotton to feel.  A lot of our clothes are made from cotton.

Here we were able to plant carrot seeds.  We dug a hole with our finger and then placed the seeds in and covered them up with soil.

We tasted the lettuce in the garden.
This is a stick sculpture made by Patrick Daugherty called "Diamonds in the Rough".

Goslings were following their mother into the water.

We drew on paper using flowers!
